Built by people who get tired of invoice chaos

We started SparqWave in early 2023 because we kept seeing the same problem everywhere. Small teams buried under paper invoices, spending hours on data entry, missing payment deadlines. It felt unnecessary.

How we actually got here

Back in late 2022, we were working with a textile manufacturer in Hanoi. They had seven people just handling invoices. Seven. And they were still behind by weeks. That's when it clicked—this wasn't just their problem.

So we spent three months talking to businesses across Nam Định and neighboring provinces. Retailers, distributors, small manufacturers. Everyone had the same headache. Manual data entry eating up time. Approval workflows stuck in email chains. Payment tracking in spreadsheets that nobody trusted.

We're not trying to revolutionize anything. Just want to make invoice processing less annoying for businesses that have better things to do.

Now we work with about forty companies in Vietnam. Some process twenty invoices a month, others handle thousands. What they share is wanting their finance teams to spend less time on busywork and more on decisions that matter.

The tech itself isn't magic—it's pattern recognition, workflow automation, basic integration work. But when you set it up right, it saves people hours every week. That's what keeps us interested.

People keeping things running

Small team. Everyone handles multiple things. We prefer it that way because it means we actually understand what clients need instead of playing telephone through departments.

What we care about

Most automation companies love to talk about AI and digital transformation. We just want your finance team to finish their work without staying late.

That means building stuff that actually integrates with your existing accounting software. Training that takes hours, not weeks. Support from people who answer questions instead of reading scripts.

Setup that makes sense

We configure things during your actual business hours, not weekends. You see how it works before committing. No surprise features you didn't ask for.

Real integration work

Your accounting system, your approval workflows, your reporting needs. We connect to what you already use instead of forcing you onto new platforms.

Actual human support

Questions get answered by people who built the system. Response times measured in hours, not days. Based in Vietnam, so time zones actually align.
