How we actually got here
Back in late 2022, we were working with a textile manufacturer in Hanoi. They had seven people just handling invoices. Seven. And they were still behind by weeks. That's when it clicked—this wasn't just their problem.
So we spent three months talking to businesses across Nam Định and neighboring provinces. Retailers, distributors, small manufacturers. Everyone had the same headache. Manual data entry eating up time. Approval workflows stuck in email chains. Payment tracking in spreadsheets that nobody trusted.
We're not trying to revolutionize anything. Just want to make invoice processing less annoying for businesses that have better things to do.
Now we work with about forty companies in Vietnam. Some process twenty invoices a month, others handle thousands. What they share is wanting their finance teams to spend less time on busywork and more on decisions that matter.
The tech itself isn't magic—it's pattern recognition, workflow automation, basic integration work. But when you set it up right, it saves people hours every week. That's what keeps us interested.
